Best AI Tools for Amazon Sellers in 2026

The Amazon AI tools worth using in 2026 each do one seller job. Seller Assistant finds and analyzes wholesale and online arbitrage deals and runs that work from Claude or ChatGPT. Amazon’s own Seller Assistant agent watches account health and FBA inventory for free. Aura reprices for the Buy Box, and eDesk answers buyer messages.

Seller Assistant (sellerassistant.app) is our product. Amazon’s Seller Assistant is a different product from Amazon with the same name. Both are on this list, and every tool is judged by the same criteria.

How We Compared Them

We checked each tool on its own site on October 16, 2026, against the same six points:

  • The seller job it does, and how much of the job the AI does.
  • The type of AI: an agent that acts with your approval, an assistant that suggests, or a model that runs in the background.
  • Price and plan limits, from the vendor’s pricing page.
  • Free plan or free trial.
  • Which AI chats it connects to, if any.
  • Who it fits: wholesale, online arbitrage or private label.

The biggest change since 2025 is the AI chat connection. Seller tools now ship MCP servers (Model Context Protocol), so Claude, ChatGPT and other AI chats can work in your account. In 2026, Seller Assistant and Amazon both added one.

Seller Assistant: AI Sourcing for Wholesale and OA Resellers

Seller Assistant MCP page on sellerassistant.app (October 2026)

Seller Assistant is sourcing and repricing software for Amazon resellers. It has three AI features: an MCP server for your AI chat, AI Supplier Finder for brands, and Sourcing AI for single products. Seller Assistant is our product.

Seller Assistant MCP: run wholesale from Claude or ChatGPT

Seller Assistant MCP connects your Seller Assistant account to ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini, OpenClaw, Hermes or any client that supports a remote MCP server. ChatGPT and Claude connect in one click from their app directories. There is no API key and nothing to install. You sign in with your Seller Assistant account over OAuth.

You ask in plain words, and the agent works in your account:

  • “Analyze this price list and show me everything above 30% ROI.” Seller Assistant matches each row to Amazon, calculates fees and profit, and returns the profitable leads. You can attach the supplier file as it arrived (PDF, Excel or CSV), and the agent maps the columns.
  • “Which of these can my account sell?” A restriction check runs against your own Amazon account.
  • “Find wholesale suppliers for this brand.” The agent runs a supplier search and brings back the results.
  • “Build a purchase order from leads 1, 4 and 7, 24 units each.” A draft purchase order comes back with the supplier, costs and quantities for you to confirm.
  • “How did my repricing strategies do this month?” You get performance and history for each strategy.

Most of a price list is not worth buying. In Seller Assistant’s State of Amazon Wholesale report (13.5 million supplier lines from 782 sellers, July 2025 to August 2026, Amazon.com), about 41 of every 1,000 supplier lines were real leads. The agent filters out the other 96% and brings back the leads for you to decide on. The step-by-step version is in from price list to purchase order with AI in one chat.

The agent cannot buy anything from a supplier. It drafts the purchase order inside Seller Assistant, and you approve every write.

AI Supplier Finder: find who distributes a brand

AI Supplier Finder takes a brand name and a supplier location and returns manufacturers, authorized distributors and wholesalers for that brand. Retail stores and marketplaces are filtered out. Each result has a match confidence (high, medium or low) and the contact details that are available: phone, email and address. You can start a search from Price List Analyzer, Brand Analyzer, Products or the extension, and save a supplier to your Suppliers list. A comparison of supplier search tools is in best wholesale supplier finder tools.

Sourcing AI: suppliers for one product, from the extension

Sourcing AI works on one product at a time. Click its button on an Amazon product page, in Quick View on search pages, in the Side Panel or in a competitor storefront. It opens Seller Assistant’s GPT in ChatGPT with the title, ASIN, UPC, EAN, model, brand and your Max COG filled in. The GPT returns up to 10 U.S. supplier offers with links and prices, marks each result as an exact or likely match, and warns about possible multipacks.

Seller Assistant API: build your own AI agent or automation

The Seller Assistant API now covers most of the app. As of October 2026 it has endpoints for product data with Keepa price and sales-rank history, restriction checks, sales estimates, UPC and EAN to ASIN conversion, Price List Analyzer, suppliers and purchase orders, SKUs and warehouses, the Repricer, profitability, Amazon listings and FBA inbound plans. Your own AI agent or script can do the same work as the MCP server. The reference is at developer.sellerassistant.app. Without code, the Zapier and n8n integrations connect the same actions. The API is on the Business plan, and the 14-day trial includes up to 500 API requests.

Price and limits

  • Pro: $29.99/month ($24.99/month billed annually). Includes the extension with Sourcing AI, Bulk Restriction Checker, and starter allowances for AI Supplier Finder and the other business tools.
  • Business: $79.99/month ($69.99/month billed annually). Adds the MCP server, the API, the Repricer, Price List Analyzer (150,000 scans a month on monthly billing) and larger AI Supplier Finder allowances.
  • 14-day free trial. The trial includes 10 AI Supplier Finder searches.

The MCP server is not on the Pro plan. Sourcing AI needs a ChatGPT account and finds U.S. suppliers only. It reads prices from public supplier sites, so check the price and stock before you order. Seller Assistant does not write listings or run ads.

Amazon Seller Assistant: Free AI Agent in Seller Central

Amazon's Seller Assistant announcement on Amazon News (October 2026)

Amazon’s Seller Assistant is an AI agent built into Seller Central. Amazon made it agentic in September 2025. It runs on Amazon Bedrock with Amazon Nova and Anthropic Claude models, and with your permission it can act on what it finds:

  • FBA inventory: it flags slow-moving products before long-term storage fees apply, suggests markdowns or removals, and prepares shipment recommendations.
  • Account health: it surfaces issues such as product safety problems and customer service metrics close to a warning, and can fix them with your approval.
  • Compliance: it reads your documents and flags gaps, for example a missing UL certification for electronics.
  • Workflows: automations that keep running when you are logged out, for example “Alert me if any of my top 10 products drop below a 4-star rating.”

At Amazon Accelerate in September 2026, Amazon added the Selling Partner plugin. It connects your Seller Central data (listings, inventory, sales) to Amazon Quick and, in beta, to Claude. Every action needs your approval. Seller Central also has generative AI listing tools, such as Enhance My Listing, that suggest titles, attributes and descriptions.

Price and limits

Amazon’s Seller Assistant is free for all sellers in the U.S. store, and Amazon is rolling it out to other countries. The Selling Partner plugin is in beta for U.S. sellers. The agent works with your Amazon account data only. It has no supplier data, so it does not find products to buy or calculate ROI from a supplier’s price list.

Aura: AI Repricing for the Buy Box

Aura homepage (October 2026)

Aura is an Amazon repricer with an AI engine called Maven. You set a minimum price and pick an AI strategy, and the listings are repriced around the clock. Maven learns which prices lose the Buy Box, tests competitor responses with timed price increases, and sets maximum prices from where each listing tops out. The vendor advertises a 10-second repricing speed. It supports Amazon and Walmart and shows an activity log with each price change and its reason.

Price and limits

Aura has four plans, priced by the number of AI-repriced listings: Starter $37/month for 250 listings ($451 billed annually), Essential $77/month for 500, Plus $157/month for 1,000 and Pro $237/month for unlimited listings. There is a 14-day free trial and no free plan. There are no sourcing or supplier tools. Seller Assistant also has a Repricer that sets price floors from your purchase costs. See the Aura alternative comparison and the full list of Amazon repricers.

eDesk: AI Replies to Buyer Messages

eDesk homepage (October 2026)

eDesk is a helpdesk for online sellers. It brings buyer messages from Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify and other channels into one inbox and links each message to its order. Its AI Agent answers or acts on tickets, AI Assist suggests replies and changes their tone, and AI Translate translates conversations.

Price and limits

Plans are priced per agent: Essential $49/month ($39 billed annually), Growth $115/month ($89), Professional $149/month ($119), Enterprise on request. The AI Agent is in every plan at $0.99 per outcome (a ticket it answers or acts on). AI Assist is a $30 per agent/month add-on and AI Translate $19. There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card. A seller with a few messages a week gets little from it.

Which One Should You Choose?

  • Wholesale resellers: Seller Assistant, to analyze supplier price lists, find distributors with AI Supplier Finder, and run the work from Claude or ChatGPT with the MCP server.
  • Online arbitrage resellers: Seller Assistant’s extension with Sourcing AI, to find U.S. suppliers for the product you are looking at.
  • Every seller in the U.S. store: Amazon’s Seller Assistant, because it is free and watches account health and FBA inventory.
  • Resellers who compete for the Buy Box: Aura for AI repricing, or the Seller Assistant Repricer if you want price floors set from your purchase costs.
  • Sellers with many buyer messages on several channels: eDesk.

FAQ

What are the best AI tools for Amazon sellers in 2026?

Seller Assistant for wholesale and online arbitrage sourcing (MCP server, AI Supplier Finder and Sourcing AI). Amazon’s own Seller Assistant agent, free in Seller Central, for account health and FBA inventory. Aura does AI repricing, and eDesk answers buyer messages.

Is Amazon’s Seller Assistant the same product as Seller Assistant by sellerassistant.app?

No. Amazon’s Seller Assistant is a free AI agent inside Seller Central that works on your account health, inventory and compliance. Seller Assistant (sellerassistant.app) is a separate company’s sourcing and repricing software for Amazon resellers. You can use both.

Can I connect Claude or ChatGPT to my Amazon business?

Yes. Seller Assistant connects to ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Gemini and other MCP clients for price lists, supplier search, restriction checks, purchase orders and the repricer. Amazon’s Selling Partner plugin for Claude is in beta for U.S. sellers.

Can an AI agent spend money or change prices without my approval?

Not in the tools on this list. Seller Assistant’s MCP server cannot buy from a supplier, and you approve every purchase order it drafts. Amazon’s Seller Assistant asks for your approval before it acts. A repricer such as Aura changes prices only inside the minimum and maximum prices you set.

Are AI tools worth the cost for small resellers?

Amazon’s Seller Assistant and the AI listing tools in Seller Central cost nothing, so start there. Pay for a tool when it replaces work you do every week, for example matching a supplier price list to Amazon or finding distributors for a brand.
